Pokemon Ranger Sequel
It has now been announced that there is in fact another Pokemon Ranger game being made. Here are some things that will be in:

* It is set in a region called Arumia with a male protagonist called Hajime, but you can play as either gender like before and they have both just graduated from Ranger School.
* This game features a number of 4th gen Pokémon and seems to have Darkrai as an ominous Pokémon and Lucario, Heatran & Cresselia in support roles
* You seem to be able to select your partner in this game out of 17 possible combinations. The 17 Pokémon displayed in the magazine which are likely to be the partners are; Munchlax, Kricketot, Mime Jr., Cranidos, Croagunk, Machop, Shieldon, Chimchar, Piplup, Turtwig, Pachirisu, Starly, Snover, Misdreavus, Hippopotas, Sneasel & Gible
* As well as the missions you get to do in the game, there are optional missions for helping people around in the towns. These are known as Quests
* There are also cards that boost up your Capture Styler, for example an Electric one which lowers Electric Damage to your styler by 3
* You seem to be able to Surf on Pokémon in more controlled environments
* It seems to utilise the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. To what end, we are yet to know...
* Game mechanics match the previous game

SnowPoint City Changes

Two days ago Eon-Rider made a post reporting that there would be a change in PKMN D/P.

We can now confirm that the snow has changed, instead of falling the snow sparkles. Other than that no changes have been recognised.

Bye for now, Vipey

Edit: It Appears that the snow will only sparkle on January the 12th every year.

Something Different Coming This Saturday?

Junichi Masuda, the game director of Game Freak, wrote in his HIDDEN POWER of Masuda blog today that owners of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl will find "something different" in the games when they play this Saturday. What could possibly happen? Make sure you play Pokemon Diamond or Pearl tomorrow!

We'll try to uncover the mystery if you cannot find it so come back tomorrow for the full details!

Last weekend Rob Gailor Jr., 7, of Ambler. Is currently ranked #1 Pokemon champion worldwide in the junior division age group. He won 17 tournaments in a row since September. He said he started playing Pokemon sometime in October of 2006.

Wow what a kid, a 7 year old winning 17 tournaments in a row. Post in the comments about what you think of the story.
